CONTRACTED PERSONS |
|
The number of contracted persons cannot be exceeded. If this is exceeded, the
Company reserves the right to charge a supplement or cancel the contract. When
making a reservation, it is compulsory to send the 50% of the total amount in
advance. If 50% of the final price, shall not be sent in 10 days, the
reservation will be cancelled

PETS |
|
Pets are only allowed on request.

RESERVATIONS |
|
The Company shall be allowed to inspect the property during the business hours,
as well as at any reasonable time. Once we have received your booking request
and the availability of the property is checked, we will contact you in order to
confirm your reservation, or offer you more suitable accommodation according to
your specific needs. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will have 48 hours
to deposit 50% of the total amount in the bank account number which we will give
you. We will confirm that we have received the 50% deposit by e-mail,
immediately we receive it. The rest of the total amount shall be completed on
arrival. You are able to hire cots, baby seats, televisions and parking spaces.
The corresponding payment will also be completed on arrival.

21-14 days before arrival: 25% of the reservation total
7-14 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation total
0-7 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation total

CHECK-IN TIME AND KEY COLLECTION |
|
Below you will find the arrival times of the apartments, villas and bungalows:
CHECK-IN : From 17:00 pm until 19:00 pm on day of arrival
CHECK-OUT : Before 10:00 am on day of departure
If you are unable to arrive within the stipulated time schedules, please contact
the corresponding office and we will try to find a solution. Your reservation
will be respected for 24 hours and afterwards the property will be at the
disposal of the Company:

LINEN |
|
Sheets, pillowcases and towels included. For a two-weeks rental period, one
change per week included (The linen exchange will take place in the office). If
you come with a baby, please bring with you own mattress protection.
Tea towels and table linen not included.

|
SECURITIES AND DEPOSITS |
On delivery of the keys, each client will be requested to pay a deposit in case
of damage, from 120 € to 240 €, depending on the villa or apartment type. If no
damage is caused, the deposit will be returned at the time of departure.
The deposit shall not be returned to those clients causing damage in common
areas or whose behaviour is considered excessively disturbing for the rest of
the property owners. In case of breakages or damage, please report it
immediately to the office. We will try to solve the inconvenience as soon as
possible. No cleaning claims shall be admitted, if they are not reported on the
arrival day.
